This coffee comes to us from Nicaragua and is SHG (super hard grade) and EP (hand sorted "European Process). It is perfect for your traditional drip coffee maker or as a pour over.  The flavors will amaze you!

Tasting Profile: Cocoa, floral and citrus tones. A bright cup.

Grower: Smallholder farmers from Molino Norte

Variety: Yellow and Red CAtuai, Catimor & Parainema

Soil Type: Clay Minerals

Process: Fully washed, fermented for 12-14 hours and then dried on patios and raised beds
