About: When I was a kid, my family fled to Germany during the war. Not knowing the German language, my Mama Fata started working at a German restaurant doing whatever they needed: prep, cleaning, etc. The restaurant was famous for their Chicken & Spätzel. So when Fata proposed a recipe change, it was met with skepticism. One bite later the owner changed the recipe, and it's what they served from that day on.

Our artisan phyllo dough is made by hand for every pita, resulting in the perfect flake and crunch that Bosnian Pita is renowned for.
